Quality and Flexibility are our strengths. Our speciality is the processing of hardened materials up to 62 HRc. We produce custom components entirely to your requirements and drawings – challenge us!

Grinding

We grind magnetic parts with our precision surface grinding machines. You can find more details under machinery.

Milling

Using CNC machining centres with 5 axes we mill and bore metal and aluminium. You can find more details under machinery.

Drilling and boring

We can also carry out hole drilling up to 1000 mm with maximum diameters of 25 mm.

Straightening / flattening

Steel parts that have been heat treated often need to be straightened. We process these plates even using the old traditional techniques – with a hammer!
